calorie counting makes so much more sense than the new power points for WW. Loved the old WW .. ugh, hate the new one. I think this is going to be good for me. Time to regain ground lost.. err gained?
176.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
