Been kinda frustrated because I’m 3 lbs away from my first “mini” goal of losing 20 lbs and it’s like I’ve hit a plateau. These pesky pounds gotta go!
203.8 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 58.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey. What did you do to continue on after hitting the plateau?

I kept going as I was before. It was disheartening to not see the scale move for several days, but I knew that if I kept going, it would work out.
