Bar food, so much salt!!
234.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

Water, water, and more water! It will help lower your blood salinity - and the extra exercise from running to the loo all day can’t hurt either! 😄
