I'm trying to get back, I know lots of people fall off and get back on so I'm not going to beat myself up. At least I'm only up a pound :)
Here's to trying again.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Your 100% right - everyone does fall off the wagon every once in a while - and the most important thing is that you get back up!! You can do it!
