Ok, let me explain, see, what had happen was..............

I weighed myself at work on the scale we use to weight box we ship out, because I kept forgetting to buy a scale, right? Soooo on there I was 165, and tonight coming from the gym, I weighed myself and I was 163--now that could be a difference of calibration, but it makes me feel good!

I know i know. I need to buy a scale! I know! i'll do....at some point :P

Tonight's work was INTENSE! As I lay here watching the boyfriend playing football on ps3 (and he worked out too, still in his work out clothes), I am FEELING GREAT....even though I had a salad afterwards, which wasnt part of the diet plan for today.

163.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
