well pleased with myself feeling extremely positive and aware of what I am eating. not drank wine since NYE ..sachets and water. found myself baking food and giving away to Mom and Edith (Stilton scones) made vegetable soup yesterday with water and curry mix ..tasted very nice indeed. Soup today will finish it off and make another batxh. also going to try planking ..for 30 days lying in tummy and lifting up on elbows and toes.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
