I can't believe that I let myself go this past year. :-\. I gained 35.8 lbs since my anniversary on 3/7/13. I'm going to hit the Dukan Diet hardcore, but this time around, I need to learn how to keep it off! First goal is to get all that I gained off by my 20th Anniversary, then push forward again to 250. First milestone is 315.
