Was 152 when I got pregnant with Katie. In the first several weeks after coming home I actually saw a 153 on the scale (I delivered at 172 lbs)! That was very exciting, but with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years following the birth in close succession I am now consistently at 158.
When I was at 153 I set the goal of "#140 by 40!"... hoping to enter my 40's at the weight I graduated high school. Now that I'm up to 158, losing 18 pounds in 3.5 months seems a little ambitious.
I had hoped to be at #150 by Sarah's birthday. That is in 12 days. Let's set a new goal of #155 by Sarah's birthday and go from there. Roughly, though, from Sarah's birthday to mine is about 12 weeks, so at a pound a week I could theoretically get to #143. That would be amazing.
So far I have signed up for yoga and will be starting that next week. I am also intending to do the elliptical 15 min/day. If I can also cut back on the treats and eat better/smaller portions I should be able to make a dent. I'll have to up the exercise at some point, though.
