Well I have been so busy I have not been getting to the gym but I havent put weight back so that is the best part. Even if I only lose it slow it is still lost. I have lost over 40 pounds and I am still trying to behave. The big thing is that I am not putting it back on which was always my problem before. I am losing it slow but I am losing.
