Thank you! It's amazing what 5 or 6 hours of gardening and tilling can do! I must have drank about 2 gallons of water yesterday and I think I sweated it all out because I sure didnt pee it out! Lol!

Thanks Rosie! It's kinda easy right now! I've never counted calories before. I've done low carb and I've eaten healthy foods, but my portions were off the chart! As soon as I went to the dr for help and he put me on low calorie, the weight started coming off! Tracking what I eat was a HUGE eye opener! I dont know, but I'd bet that I was consuming 4000 to 6000 calories a day before!🙄😖 Mostly good foods, but WOW! I just hope this keeps up and I dont "syall"! I know I can stick to it now that I know what to do as I am completely satisfied with what I'm eating, but everyone talks about plateaus. I have confidence though.😁

CONGRATULATIONS! I count calories too. Plus I log hete on Fat Secret and it keeps track of nutritional info. Went to a Weight Management class taught by an AWESOME dietician (from the bottom of my heart Thank You Lindsey). I have 15-20 grams protein, 25-30 grams fat, 40-50 "healthy" carbs, minimum of 25 grams fiber & 8-12 glasses of water. My calories are 1200-1400 per day. Logging keeps me honest. If I bite it..I write it. Again, my Congrats. Everyone has to find a way of eating that works for them. Glad you found yours!😊
