So, this time last year I started a resolution to make healthy changes to my diet that I could actually keep. And one year later I have managed to be 10kg lighter, so I'm very very happy. Next year my resolution will be keeping a journal or diary, good diet and exercise every day. I need to loose another 10 kgs next year :)
