I went to my weight watchers orientation meeting on Saturday - it was eye opening. A lot of foods are now "free" surprisingly, butternut squash is one of them! This means my soup recipe now becomes almost free! Also, I have much more "points" for use in a day - 29.
Fatsecret may become less helpful, since now the plan is not based on calorie tracking - however, I will continue to use it as a tracking mechanism.
I'm down 2 pounsd this week, despite not having followed the WW regime - but I am starting today on the new program, and will be buying groceries tonight to do so.
