I am not counting this as real weight gain. I ate food last night. Not diet food, but real food and it is sitting in my body. Took the kids to an Italian buffet and there was not a chance in heck that I was going to eat on my plan.
I took bite sized samples of some of the pasta that looked good and a sliver of pizza. I took one of each bite sized dessert and took a TINY little bite then called it quits. Partly in the attempt to be good and mostly because my system said Enough!
Had a great workout today with lots of energy and I can only assume that it was because I had a ton if food in my system!
Having a red meat day today, so very low loss tomorrow, but expect things to swing back towards the losing side in a couple of days. Not going to fret about it.
Made no flour peanut butter cookies for the sick boy....ate three. I am a fallen woman. My numbers are going to be all over the place. I need to stop sabotaging myself. I want to lose more weight....I love the body, I love the lower numbers, I love the lower fat percentage....get it together girl!
