Wow, I have gained weight. I most of it is because I have been trying so many different antidepressants and am currently on two antidepressants which are known for weight gain in patients. I need to do something as I have never been this heavy. I am also in that postmenopausal state too. So I am going to try Weight Watchers, my sister talked me into it. I struggle with Major Depression and Generalized Anxiety and am currently awaiting a decision for SSDI. I hope soon I will be approved so then I will have the extra money to go to the WW meetings for support. What a relief it would be to be finally approved, I won't have to worry about that hurdle anymore.
319.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
