I usually just weigh in once a week, but I'm taking part in a weight loss challenge at work and needed to weigh in today. Suprised to see the number down from yesterday. Heck yea! I'll take it!
128.8 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
