So happy I found a fresh local source for duck eggs.
I used to raise ducks for eggs, and they are heaven. Now I have been adding only the whites to cook with the stir fry dish, then turn off the heat and add the yolks and stir them in to the dish. So rich and creamy. YUM!
289.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
