Gained a little back after the holidays. I ate a little differently (more carbs than usual) but I still watched my portions. Need to increae the water intake and do some type of cariod everyday. Want to also add yoga to the end of my workouts OR in place of them on some days. The average workout I have is 20 minutes which is workable.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
