I'll give it a few weeks to make sure it sticks. Looking over a month the weight loss rate seems reasonable. But 4 pounds in one week seems unlikely

There are a lot of factors that go into pounds lost including water weight, etc. So, although 4 lbs per week probably isn’t going to be your average as usually 1-2 lbs per week is considered healthy/good, it’s still a great loss!!! Be proud of yourself! 😄

maderly28 I agree with that. When I usually weigh in it mainly water weight that keeps me from losing the pounds.
