I'll give it a few weeks to make sure it sticks. Looking over a month the weight loss rate seems reasonable. But 4 pounds in one week seems unlikely
135.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1090 kcal Fat: 32.14g | Prot: 86.16g | Carb: 118.89g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Raspberries. Lunch: White Bread , Daisy Light Sour Cream, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk) , Kale , Brown Rice, Clifty Farm Country Meats Country Center Ham Slices. Dinner: Mozzarella Fresca Fresh Mozzarella, Cooked Lentils (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Parmesan Cheese (Hard) , Spinach , Ham (Center Slice, Country-Style, Lean Only, Cured) , ShopRite Canned White Beans. Snacks/Other: Pita Bread, Deli Sliced Ham, Daisy Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese. more...

There are a lot of factors that go into pounds lost including water weight, etc. So, although 4 lbs per week probably isn’t going to be your average as usually 1-2 lbs per week is considered healthy/good, it’s still a great loss!!! Be proud of yourself! 😄

maderly28 I agree with that. When I usually weigh in it mainly water weight that keeps me from losing the pounds.
