So...yeah...I completely fucked up this weekend...I went out to dinner for a friend's birthday...and I originally stared out OK...I had a salad...with a vinegarette dressing...but I also drank beer....

....and then I drank more beer...and liquor....and it went downhill from there...

Sunday was football day...and we had pizza and ice cream....and it was terrible (though it tasted great :( )....

Monday, I kept drinking and eating terribly.....and on Tuesday I got sick....like REALLY sick...

The bottom line is that I grained weight from Wed-Monday...and lost the weight I gained by Thursday....so I essentially stayed the same for a week, but I should have lost 5-10 pounds :(
275.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

at least you're now back on track and you'll try extra hard to stay there with how things have gone recently. you're still doing good, you just have to believe in yourself and stay strong <3
