So, I've been doing Focus T25, and I have to say that I honestly love the workouts. They are super fun, and I improved so much over the first week that I was blown away by how much easier the second week was! I don't think I improved that much when I was doing Insanity and eating more!

I splurged a little over the last couple of days, but overall tried to keep it to a minimum, and I'm back on track today! I'm amazed by how satisfying 1600 calories can be! I'm growing in confidence in my ability to keep control over the holidays!

I'm doing a double workout today, so wish me luck! Hopefully I nail it!
213.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
