Down another pound, feeling good about the progress since tweaking the diet plan to include nuts (almonds, peanuts, or pistachios) with 2 meals each day and 2 cups of hot tea midday.

Only 10 days left till annual physical for the REAL scale reading.

133.4 lb Lost so far: 37.3 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
