☺️😁 this week I started doing an hour of yoga, I know I still need to work on my relationship with food ( that’s why I joined! I think I just to find the right support), but I am so proud that I’ve done it every day and to see any progress (nonetheless two days in a row) is amazing and empowering.
252.6 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 117.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
