Probably need to watch my portion sizes more. A 10% increase in portion sizes is both small and meaningful. I do see progress by the fit of my clothes and will stick with it. The real message I get is that maintenance will require ongoing care with my food and beverage intake. Over the last 3 months, I'm amazed at how little food I require. It highlights how toxic standard food portions are for many of us.
139.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Absolutely agree! It's super easy to "supersize" everything to the point that you dont even notice. Portion control is definitely an issue for me that I am learning to deal with. Keep up the good work.👍😁
