I am so proud to say that i've reached my first goal and have lost 10lbs! Amazingly enough in only 10 days! I feel great. I know I keep saying that... but its true. :D
263.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
