Change in habits : working late, eating late, going to bed right after supper, and no more 30 minute exercise in the morning before leaving to work makes all the difference. I will remedy to that as of January.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
