I enjoyed my little eating spree (I gained 5.2 pounds) but now I have to get back to work. I will start by increasing my RDI from 1300 to 1450 so I can ease into this properly.
148.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
