Only .4 loss this week. I've been averaging 2lb/week. Kinda bummed.
133.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is aggravating when you hit a little plateau but it’ll move again. Just think of it this way...you’ve been doing so good that your body just needs a minute to catch up! 🙂.

Be proud! 2 lbs. a week is a great and healthy average! Your chances are higher at keeping it off for good. Keep your head up and keep doing what you are doing because it is working!

I'm right there with you, Girl! If it happens again next week, just shave off a snack. Sometimes the body just needs a bump out of the routine. Keep on!
