I don't know what's going on and why my weight is just coming back on! I'M SO FRUSTRATED!! My carb intake is a little higher, but not dramatically so.... I'll need to cut back on virtually all carbs and calorie count if I'm to get things back under control.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
