I've been sick the last couple weeks and not paying attention, and laying around because I had too. Sigh. Now I'm better, so I'm up and at it again.

I've also discovered I may have a hormonal imbalence contributing to my weight loss efforts, and possibly sabotaging my efforts. So... tommorrow is the doctor's appointment. I'll learn more hopefully, and find out if this is the case or not.

Also, I'm going to actually start attending Weight Watchers again. I have in the past, and other than getting frustrated at a plateau, a job change, and a leader change and quitting.... I have a better mindset this time around. I'm in it to win it.
