I normally only weigh in once a week but today is measurement day. Once a month I measure to keep track of inches lost as well as pounds lost because sometimes if I don’t see weight loss one week it’ll get me down so I’ll measure myself to check and then I’ll see whether o lost inches or not. It’s been helping me stay motivated and proud of myself. Tomorrow is Monday my usual day I weigh in so I’m going to weigh in again tomorrow. I started this lifestyle change (again) on January 25,2021 that when I started tracking my calories and fat etc. On February 3,2021, I started to exercise daily specifically making sure I do cardio daily and not only am I losing pounds but I can feel muscles and I can see changes in my body. I was losing more weight before I started the cardio and resistance training but for me it’s all good that I’m not losing the weight so rapidly because I know I’m gaining muscle and losing fat. I can’t wait to see how I am doing this time next year. I have a lot of stomach issues, I have ulcers and I had carcinoid tumors in 2012 and had surgery and now I am in remission. I have a lot of scar tissue where I had the surgery and I got an infection after surgery so the wound had to be opened back up and then heal from the inside out. It was really tough and then I started gaining weight after that and every day I felt nauseous and my stomach hurt when I woke up in the morning most mornings I would throw up and I would be lethargic and in pain. Just by changing the food I eat there has been big changes I no longer throw up every morning and I don’t feel like garbage everyday I actually wake up with natural energy. I’m so happy that I made the change and stuck with it... to realize I am actually enjoying the changes and I am definitely loving the changes to my body! 😘💕also a huge thank you to everyone who supports me and gives me advice or motivating words.... really I’m so thankful. Some days those words really pick me up and make my heart all warm and fuzzy 🥰 I can’t thank you all enough for the support!
