Had a setback and couldn't work out for 2 months. During that time I got off track with eating too. Every day is an opportunity to start over. Today I'll take the opportunity. Goal is to be at 180 in a month.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
