So tired of treating myself as a second class citizen. I am at my highest weight and am feeling awful about my body and self. I didn't choose well this morning and now I have to do what I have to do to feel great.
I started planking a few weeks ago and do walk 3 miles at least 3 days a week.
I am disciplined about many things but haven't paid attention to me.
