I am using s different scale.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 March 2021:
2322 kcal Fat: 108.36g | Prot: 120.52g | Carb: 222.76g.   Breakfast: Doritos Spicy Nacho Tortilla Chips (28g), Great Value Small Curd Cottage Cheese. Lunch: King Oscar Smoked Kippered Herring, Pure Protein Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small). Dinner: Fazoli's Garlic Breadstick, Fazoli's Penne with Creamy Basil Chicken. more...

I think you need to exchange scales. This one is obviously not working properly.

Scales are like good friends. If I take care of them, they will take care of me. This scale was obviously feeling neglected. Since I've been using it, I've dropped mass.
