Feeling good about 2 fasts a week..Need to do salads every day and fast days no lunch. Dinner chicken with salad or veggies.. 70 kilos here I come x
167.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
