Today is my first day to begin my weight loss I have allowed my self to indulge in food and gained 30 from my 45 I lost last year. Im done with this weight thing I feel as though I can hardly move or bend over nothing fits any more and I cant afford to keep rebuying clothes. i am ready to the change my life style. 11/18/13
