I didnt feel good with keto, couldn’t live without toast or mashed potatoes!

I miss pizza and junk food! But I know that isn't real food and have to force myself eating clean. This is the 2nd time I do keto and I find this time easier, I'm on 30-35gr of carbs a day while last year I was on 20gr max... I lost a lot of weight but too fast! I'm taking it slowly and i think it will work better this time! Fingers crossed 🤞
