so either I've developed severe lactose intolerance or my body just can't process large amounts of sugar. had froyo with delicious candy toppings yesterday afternoon, thirty or forty minutes later...purge. blech.
135.8 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
