39.1% bf 43.2% tbw

I'm back to my low weight day, but I've lost almost another whole percent of body fat. My total body water has increased a full percent which I'm reading to mean lean muscle mass increase = lower body measurements even though weight hasn't dropped. Keeping up on the drops even though I'm on my period. Tried half dose, tried no does as recommended....didn't work for me. Dinner out tomorrow, expecting an imbalance on Sunday.

Okay, okay, long building meeting no workout. Teaching yoga tomorrow and will try to squeeze in some cardio on Sunday. Back to morning workouts Mon and Fri, no matter how hard it is to get out of bed at 4 a.m.
175.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
