I have been exercising more, almost everyday! need to take it up a notch though! eating healthy when I think of it, still to many drinks and eating out! bring more food to work!
114.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
