Last night I was enjoying the fact that I had some extra room in my count to eat a few treats when I realized my RDI had mysteriously been doubled! Not sure if that was a birthday bump or what but the change made me eat more than I should have. I will have to stay alert.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
