Started Gym From Today.
1. Food from Geeta Mess
2. 60gm Protein Shake with 500ml milk twice a day.
107.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
