My big change has been allowing myself to be hungry at night before I go to bed. I used to eat then, but my lack of weight loss despite exercise was so frustrating I knew I had to do something different (besides more exercise). This is not easy but I am happy to feel healthier.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
