I didn't add an entry this day, but I should have...(is there a way to add an entry on a set date after that date has passed, like you can with a weigh in???) When I was leaving my apt, I slipped on ice and fell right on my hip/lower back and it hurt like fuck...I could barely walk all day...It's just a muscle thing, nothing broken or anything...so I iced it and went to the hot tub at night...In the hot tub, I kicked around and did push ups in the water...and just whatever I could in the 10 minutes I could stand the heat...Walking or Wii Fit was out of the question 'cause I could barely stand...even running in the hot tub hurt...but I did what I could :)
