I again planned on doing 20 minutes in the A.M. and 20 in the P.M. on the treadmill, but I just did the whole 40 minutes once I was on it :)

Lots of football and talking to Heidi...and I stuck right to my diet...4 shakes...1 soup :)
282.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
