Friday was Kyle's birthday...and it didn't go well...It started out well...Jamie, Kyle, Heidi and I went bowling...then I had a shake...and we went to dinner at Big Fish...That really sucked...I ate celery and drank water while they had delicious food...Not to mention that Ann Marie waited on us...and she kept being bitchy...being like "so, Mark, how's the celery???...Is that delicious???..."......"How's the water???"...but it got worse after that...Kyle's friend was WAY, WAAAAY late...Like she got there after everyone else finished...so then everyone else decided to eat dessert while the girl who just showed up ate a meal...We were at dinner for like 3-1/2 hours, if not more..We were supposed to eat, go to Kyle's family's bar for a short time, and be back to my place by 9, so I could eat something...Instead, we didn't even leave dinner 'til 9:45...Once at the bar, everyone was drinking, of course...and Kyle and others sang karaoke...I ended up having 4 shots of whiskey.......We didn't leave the bar 'til like 11:30...Didn't get home 'til 12:30, with a couple stops we made...and then everyone came back to my place...

I made a soup real quick...

...but then we kept drinking...and I do mean KEPT DRINKING...like all night...Got to bed at 6am or so...

I made quiche for everyone for breakfast...and I had my shake...

...then we kept drinking...and finally Heidi and I went to see the newest Harry Potter movie...but by then I was craving a reuben...so I told Heidi I was gonna eat some reuben...We went to Sport's brew pub and split a reuben...and I also had a beer...That's the downside...On the positive side, I skipped two shakes to cut back on calories...Not that it offsets the reuben and beer and liquor, but it's something...

Sunday was the day Heidi was leaving...I drank most of Sunday too...Not good...and I ate 2 chicken nuggets...but again I skipped shakes...

With all of that going on all weekend, I was pleased to see that I was the same weight on Monday that I was on Friday :) but I still can't do that shit anymore...
289.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
