Ok, party time's over it wasnt Christmas that did me in, it was New Years and all the leftover goodies I confuse "treating" myself with over indulging, like I'm afraid im going to miss out if I dont eat the goodies then as i got the comfort food wagon moving again, it was too easy to pick up some chips or fast food because "well I havent had any in awhile" so now I feel kind of fat again and im not going all the way back actually i hit 200.2 last week, briefly, so Im already back down a bit
