Re-starting my weightloss journey after a 3 month hiatus. I've been out of the country and haven't been taking care of myself, but that stops NOW. Time to take care of numero uno! :) If I don't take care of, and love my body, nobody will! Here we go!

here's the plan:

- Call weightwatchers to start at a new meeting. I've chosen one on the way to my new house, on Wednesdays, so I know I HAVE to be there (Wednesday is garbage/recycling day). Even though I don't sleep at the new house, I have a commitment to be there on Wednesday nights for this chore, and going to weight watchers on the way there will be something to look forward to! Tonight will be my first night!
- No more unhealthy breakfasts & lunches bought from work. Today I have an orange for breakfast, and I've brought homemade spaghetti and meatballs for lunch! This will help my bank account too.
- I plan on using all the money I'm saving from eating out to finance my fitness activities (and to not feel guilty about it!) I've signed up for a gym membership with my sweetie (added motivation to go!) and I am commiting to five weeks of hot yoga, beginning feb 2nd!
- Today I'm loading up on delicious green tea, lovely way to start a wintery morning - and hello pee-fest, goodbye water weight!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
