39.7% bf 42.9% tbw

Today was a great surprise. I am glad I am not stalled. I really wasn't interested in doing an apple day (totally psychological). I will try to stay away from red meat as often as I can. Today will be a red meat day because I had some left over. I'll avoid it because those are low loss days. I realized last night during savasana that one of the reasons I probably feel so good is that I am off of processed sugar completely. I have to read every ingredient! Do you know how many empty sugar calories we ingest? Many of the ingredients I have used blindly contain sugar or high fructose corn syrup. No matter how this diet ends, I will be paying a lot more attention to the ingredients that I use. Here I've been thinking that we eat healthy, but there is this secret poison added to our foods. No wonder diabetes is on the rise. My PMS has been greatly reduced and I am wondering if it isn't being off of sugar. Don't get me wrong....I'll still have creme brulee occasionally, but at least I KNOW there is fat and sugar in it!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
