I almost couldn't get myself to write down this weight because I'm so frustrated. Its my own fault eating and drinking all weekend in VT. Going to start on South Beach this week. Need a real kick start.

It isn't easy to see everyone around you enjoying food/ drink and you having to restrict yourself. Don't let it get you down it happens when it does you just have to re-examine the situation and tell yourself you can do it.
