Was literally talking about how it’s been 3yrs since I was under 80kg, then stepped on the scales.


Right after a killer Varsity session at F45 tho, so am expecting up to 1kg to come back over the day.
175.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
